2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping costs for your order are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your items. The total shipping charge will be calculated and clearly displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your purchase.
  • Delivery Times:
    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-15 business days after the processing period (2-3 business days).
    • Total Estimated Delivery: Please anticipate approximately 9-18 business days from the time you place your order until it arrives.
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs clearance (for international orders), or other factors beyond our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
  • The tracking number will typically become active within 24-48 hours, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery via the carrier’s website.

5. Taxes, Duties, and Customs Fees

  • Damage During Shipping: We take great care in packaging your items to prevent damage. However, caisv.com is not liable for products damaged or lost during the shipping process once they leave our facility and are in the carrier’s possession.
    • If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.
    • Crucially, save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as these are often required for the carrier’s claim investigation.
    • While the claim is with the carrier, please also notify us at [email protected]. We can provide necessary information (like proof of shipment) and offer guidance to assist you with the carrier’s claim process.
  • Lost Shipments: If your order tracking indicates delivery but you have not received it, or if tracking has stalled for an unusual period, please first check with the carrier. If the issue persists, contact us at [email protected] for assistance.

7. Unforeseen Circumstances (Force Majeure)

  • Please understand that order processing and shipping may be delayed due to events beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or other “force majeure” events. We assure you that we will process and ship your order as quickly and safely as possible once conditions permit.

8. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of checkout.
  • Any package returned to caisv.com due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer will require an additional shipping fee to be paid by the customer for re-shipment. We will contact you to arrange payment if this occurs.
